Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic HER2-negative adenocarcinoma of the stomach or gastroesophageal junction that cannot be surgically removed.
- You have not received any prior anti-cancer treatment for this condition.
- You have at least one measurable tumor and your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, kidney, liver, and clotting function are within acceptable ranges.
- If you are of childbearing potential, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use effective contraception during and for 6 months after the study.
