Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (a common type of liver cancer).
- Your cancer should be stage IIIa (advanced but hasn't spread to distant organs) and not removable by surgery.
- Your liver function must be fairly good (Child-Pugh A or B score).
- You need to be feeling well enough to carry out daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have had certain treatments before, like other immune checkpoint drugs or major surgery in the last 4 weeks.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during and for 120 days after the study.
