  • You had a low-energy hip fracture, hip or knee replacement, or spine surgery without paralysis
  • You are able to use a mobile app with iOS (iPhone or iPad) for physical therapy
  • You can read and speak English
  • You are alert, know who you are, where you are, and why you're in the hospital
  • You do not have severe injuries that keep you from doing gentle exercises, like paralysis or being on bed rest
