Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of a histiocytic neoplasm (a type of blood cell disorder).
  • Your tumor must have a change (mutation) in a specific gene in the MAPK pathway, like BRAF, NRAS, or KRAS.
  • Your disease must be measurable on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You must be at least 12 years old (if under 18, other age-specific rules apply).
  • Your cancer must have come back, not responded, or you cannot tolerate other treatments like chemotherapy or targeted drugs.
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function.
