Who can take part
- You (or your legal representative) can give informed consent; children 12+ can be included with added consent steps.
- You are age 18+ for non-child dosing, or age 12+ for the pediatric group; pediatric dosing requires body size (BSA) of 0.9 or more.
- Your tumor diagnosis is a MAPK-activated glioma or related brain tumor, based on special lab testing of tumor tissue.
- You had a prior brain surgery/biopsy that confirmed glioma, and you must have tumor tissue stored for testing (archival tissue).
- Your scans must show progressive (worsening) disease, and you meet health/lab requirements (including heart function and blood counts).
- If you recently had radiation, you must be at least 12 weeks out (steroids must be stable or decreasing before screening).
