  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with MS or a closely related condition (like Clinically Isolated Syndrome or Neuromyelitis Optica).
  • You are comfortable reading and speaking English.
  • You are willing to take part in an online mindfulness course.
  • You do not have severe memory or thinking problems (like a low score on a thinking test).
  • You are not currently experiencing severe mental health issues (like psychosis or suicidal thoughts).
