Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (any type)
- You have had at least moderate pain (over 3 on a 0-10 scale) in the past week
- You have had pain on more than half the days in the last 3 months
- You are 18 years or older
- You can read and speak English
- You do not currently have a regular mindfulness practice (more than 3 days per week)
