Who can take part
- You must have a rare type of lung cancer called large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC).
- Your cancer must be at an advanced stage (stage IV or stage IIIB that can’t be surgically removed).
- You haven’t had chemotherapy or other cancer drugs before, or if you had some, it was more than 6 months ago and given with the goal of curing your cancer.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and able to do daily activities without much help.
- You have no active autoimmune disease, serious infections, or other medical conditions that would interfere with the treatment.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for several months after.
