- You are the main family caregiver for someone with dementia who lives at home (not in a nursing home or assisted living)
- You provide at least 10 hours of care each week and have been doing so for 6 months or more
- You are 18 years or older and speak English fluently
- You live in or near New York City, Long Island, Westchester County (NY), Seattle (WA), or Los Angeles (CA)
- You can use the internet and have a smartphone, and are willing to participate for 6 weeks
