  • You are 21 years of age or older
  • You are the main (informal) caregiver for an older adult who is at least 65 years old
  • The person you care for has a dementia diagnosis
  • You provide hands-on care or help with daily activities (like bathing, dressing, or meals)
  • You can read and speak English comfortably
  • You are not blind or deaf
  • You do not plan to stop caregiving within the next year
  • You can travel to the study site or use video calls (like Zoom) on your own device
  • You are not a paid caregiver (like a home health aide or nurse)
  • The person you care for is not in hospice care
