Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has come back after platinum-based chemo, and you've had between 1 and 4 previous treatments.
  • Your tumor has a specific protein called HER2 (levels 1+, 2+, or 3+). You need to provide a tissue sample to confirm this.
  • You have not had prior treatment with a HER2-targeting drug (like trastuzumab or other ADC drugs).
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (by CT or MRI), and you can get pregnant so you need a negative pregnancy test and birth control.
