- You are between 22 and 65 years old.
- You have pain in the front of your knee due to cartilage damage behind the kneecap, confirmed by an MRI.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or less, and you weigh under 300 pounds.
- You have tried non-surgical treatments like physical therapy or bracing for at least 6 months without enough relief.
