Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your BMI is 30 or higher (obesity range).
- You have heart failure with a reduced ejection fraction (EF ≤ 40%) — this means your heart doesn't pump blood as well as it should.
- You have been on stable, recommended heart failure medications for at least 4 weeks.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or related hospital stay in the last 6 months.
- You do not have type 1 diabetes, and you have not taken a GLP-1 drug (like Ozempic) in the past 3 months.
