Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or higher.
- You have tried to lose weight before but it didn't work or you regained the weight.
- You do not have diabetes (type 1 or type 2) and your blood sugar is not too high.
- Your weight has stayed fairly steady (no more than 11 pounds lost or gained) in the last 3 months.
- You are not currently taking any other weight loss medications or have not taken them recently.
