Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or higher.
- You have tried to lose weight before but were not successful.
- You do not have diabetes or pre-diabetes (your HbA1c is under 6.5%).
- You have not had major weight changes (more than 5 kg) in the last 3 months.
- You are generally healthy without serious heart, liver, kidney, or mental health conditions.
