Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML-CP).
- You have either tried at least 2 different TKIs (Part A) OR you have a T315I mutation (Part B).
- You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0-2).
- You do not have a serious infection, gut problems that affect absorption, or are pregnant/nursing.
- You have not had a bad reaction to olverembatinib or bosutinib before.
