- You are 18 years or older.
- Your CML is Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) or BCR::ABL-positive.
- Your kidney function is adequate (creatinine clearance at least 50 mL/min).
- Your liver function is adequate (bilirubin and liver enzymes within certain limits).
- Your heart function is adequate (ejection fraction > 50% and normal heart rhythm).
