Who can take part

  • Your fasting blood sugar is either normal or slightly high (but not diabetic).
  • Your body can handle sugar in a normal or slightly impaired way.
  • Your HbA1c (average blood sugar over 3 months) is below 6.5%.
  • Your BMI is under 35.
  • You are not taking any diabetes medications like metformin or sulfonylureas.
