Who can take part
- You are a woman who is not past menopause or you are a man
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 27
- Your weight has stayed about the same recently
- You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
- You do not have known heart circulation problems or serious heart valve disease
- You are a non-smoker (no more than 20 cigarettes per week)
