Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure (symptoms like shortness of breath or swelling).
- Your heart's pumping ability (LVEF) is less than 40%, between 40–49%, or 50% or more.
- You do not have cardiogenic shock (very low blood pressure from heart failure).
- You have not had a recent heart attack or unstable angina in the last 30 days.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is above 30 – meaning your kidneys are working well enough.
