- You are 18 to 75 years old
- You have advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, with at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1)

- You have not had cancer treatment or major surgery in the past 4 weeks (or 2 weeks for radiation)
- You do not have other active cancers, serious infections, or uncontrolled medical conditions
