Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your pancreatic cancer is advanced (spread or cannot be removed with surgery) and has a change in the RAS gene.
  • You have had at least one prior treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer (for one part of the study) or at most one prior treatment (for other parts).
  • You are able to get out of bed and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You do not have serious infections, fluid buildup that cannot be controlled, or untreated blockages in your bile ducts or bowels.
