Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have a type of pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma) that is locally advanced or has spread, and can't be cured with surgery.
- A test shows a change (mutation) or extra copies of the RAS gene in your tumor or blood.
- You've had at least one previous standard treatment for advanced cancer (for the main part of the study), or at most one (for other parts).
