Team care for veterans with chronic pain at Salem VA

Who can take part

  • You are a veteran who gets care at the Salem VA Health Care System.
  • You are already enrolled in the PREVAIL Interdisciplinary Team Track program.
  • You have chronic pain (pain that has lasted longer than three months).
  • You do not have a diagnosis of dementia or other serious memory or thinking problems.
  • You do not have a recent injury that would make your pain seem worse than usual.
  • You are not planning to have surgery for your pain during the study.
