Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are a TRICARE beneficiary (military health insurance).
- You have had chronic muscle or bone pain for at least 90 days, with two or more medical visits for the same pain condition in the past year.
- You are not currently receiving cancer treatment.
- You are not pregnant (as far as you know).
- You are not currently in advanced pain management, mental health, or substance use programs (beyond basic care).
- You do not have active suicidal thoughts (based on screening).
- You are not currently recovering from surgery (rehabilitation).
