Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your main reason for visiting the dentist is cavities (tooth decay).
  • You have a clear panoramic X-ray (full mouth X-ray) showing all your back teeth and no major missing teeth.
  • You have no more than one filling or crown in each section of your mouth (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right).
  • You are not pregnant and do not have a condition that prevents X-rays (like radiation therapy for cancer).
  • You can understand the study and agree to sign a consent form.
