Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma that has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and it has grown in the last year.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges based on blood tests.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last dose.
