Who can take part

  • You have AML and have already tried venetoclax with azacitidine or decitabine.
  • Your leukemia either came back after treatment or didn't get better.
  • Your heart, kidneys, and liver are working well enough (doctors will check with tests).
  • You haven't had certain types of chemotherapy called anthracyclines before.
  • You are willing to use birth control if needed.
