Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 18 years old.
  • You have asthma (either already diagnosed or newly diagnosed by a doctor).
  • In the past year, you have had at least one asthma attack that needed steroids or a hospital visit.
  • You can do a simple breathing test (spirometry or peak flow).
  • You do not have active tuberculosis, heart problems, or uncontrolled diabetes.
