Who can take part

  • You must have extensive stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread far from the lung).
  • You must have already completed your first round of treatment with a PD-L1 immunotherapy drug plus chemotherapy, and the cancer stopped growing or got smaller.
  • You need to be between 18 and 75 years old and in reasonably good health (able to take care of yourself and do light activities).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain limits (your doctor will check this).
  • You cannot have certain other medical conditions, like an active autoimmune disease, serious heart problems, or active infections like hepatitis B or C.
