Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after one or two prior treatments for ES-SCLC.
  • You have not taken any drug that blocks the VEGF or VEGFR pathway (like avastin, apatinib, or other similar medicines) before.
  • You do not have an active infection or need antibiotics within the last 2 weeks, and you can swallow pills without trouble.
