Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread) that has not responded to or is no longer helped by standard treatments.
- You have not been treated with a type of cancer drug called an HDAC inhibitor before.
- You do not have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases that require steroids or cause symptoms like headaches, seizures, or dizziness.
- You have not had another active cancer in the past 5 years (except for certain skin cancers or cervical carcinoma in situ).
