Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor (like ovarian or endometrial cancer) that has already been treated with standard therapy, but it's still growing or you can't tolerate the side effects.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT scan).
- You can provide a tumor sample (either from a recent biopsy or a stored sample from the past 2 years) to check for a protein called B7-H4 on your cancer cells.
- You are in fairly good health overall, able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2), and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
- You have not received any treatment that targets B7-H4 before, and you have not had certain types of chemotherapy (like topoisomerase inhibitors) or radiation to large areas of your body recently.
