Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and have an advanced solid tumor that hasn't been helped by standard treatments.
- You can have had up to 4 prior cancer treatments (including chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
- You need a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) to check for a protein called B7H4.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that hasn't been treated locally (like radiation) or has clearly grown after such treatment.
- You need to be in good enough health to have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks, with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
- If you have endometrial or ovarian cancer, there are specific additional criteria for which part of the study you may join.
