Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your breast cancer is confirmed to be HER2-positive (a specific protein found on cancer cells)
  • You have advanced breast cancer and have received no more than 2 prior treatment regimens
  • You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart) are functioning adequately
  • You have not previously received antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) treatments for HER2
