- You are 18 years or older
- Your breast cancer is confirmed to be HER2-positive (a specific protein found on cancer cells)
- You have advanced breast cancer and have received no more than 2 prior treatment regimens
- You have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart) are functioning adequately
