Who can take part

  • You have colorectal or biliary tract cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor is HER2-positive (high HER2 protein) or has a HER2 gene mutation.
  • You have already received standard treatments for your cancer before.
  • You are in good physical condition (able to do daily activities, ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had anti-HER2 therapy before (like trastuzumab).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use birth control if needed.
