Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have colorectal cancer or bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and is HER2-positive.
- You cannot have received prior treatment for metastatic cancer (except some cases with a long treatment-free period after prior therapy).
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow function must be within certain limits.
- You cannot have active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled infections, or other serious medical conditions.
