Who can take part
- Your cancer is HER2-positive and has spread (metastatic) or is advanced solid tumor type.
- You have already had standard treatment that didn’t work, or there is no standard treatment available for you.
- You are well enough for the study: your daily function is about normal or only slightly limited (ECOG 0–1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be followed on scans.
- Your blood tests are adequate (infection-fighting white cells, platelets, and hemoglobin) and your liver/kidney function are within limits.
- No serious ongoing issues: any past treatment side effects are back to baseline (or mild), and you can swallow tablets and absorb them well.
