Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already tried a treatment called T-DXd (Enhertu), but it stopped working or you couldn't tolerate it.
- You have received at least 2 prior HER2-targeted treatments (such as trastuzumab, pertuzumab, T-DXd, or T-DM1).
- You are healthy enough to receive one of these chemotherapy drugs: eribulin, gemcitabine, vinorelbine, or capecitabine.
