  • You are between 18 and 30 body mass index (BMI, a measure of weight for height)
  • You are in good general health (daily activities are normal)
  • If you are a woman, you use birth control
  • You do not have any food or latex allergies
  • You have no anemia, high blood pressure, diabetes, or serious medical conditions
  • You do not exercise more than 7 hours per week and have not given blood or joined another drug study in the last 3 months
