Testing olokizumab for progressive lung scarring diseases

Who can take part

  • You have a type of lung scarring (pulmonary fibrosis) that is getting worse.
  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your lung function (FVC) is between 45% and 80% of normal, and your DLCO is at least 30% of normal.
  • You have not taken certain medicines like rituximab (within the last year) or high-dose steroids recently.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy during and for 3 months after the study.
