Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor or nurse practitioner.
  • Your Parkinson's is at an early to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stage I to III).
  • You can safely get on and off a stationary bike without help.
  • You have a smartphone to track your activity data.
  • Your Parkinson's medications have been stable (same dose) for at least 30 days.
  • You are not currently using deep brain stimulation (DBS) or focused ultrasound for Parkinson's.
