Who can take part

  • You must have a specific genetic change (LRRK2 G2019S or GBA N370S) that is known to increase the risk of Parkinson's disease.
  • You must be 50 years old or older.
  • You must be able to walk inside your home without a cane, walker, or other walking aid.
  • You must have a smartphone with a screen size of at least 4.6 inches, running Android 9 or newer, or iOS 15 or newer.
  • You cannot be already doing a high amount of physical activity (the trial is testing a new exercise program).
  • You cannot have a diagnosed neurodegenerative disease (like Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc.) or fall more than 2 times per year.
