Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You are in generally good health and not taking any blood pressure medications or other prescription drugs (except birth control)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30
  • Your resting blood pressure is in the normal range (systolic 90-120, diastolic 60-80)
  • You have no food allergies or intolerances, and no serious medical conditions like diabetes or heart disease
