- Be between 18 and 55 years old
- Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a normal body mass index (19–28)

- Not take any other medications for 2 weeks before starting the study
- Not have participated in another drug trial in the past 12 weeks
