Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have been newly diagnosed with pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma (PPGL), or have had a recurrence of metastatic PPGL.
  • Or you have a genetic mutation that puts you at high risk for these tumors.
  • Your tumor has been confirmed by a pathology report (for Part II of the study).
  • You do not have an active infection or inflammatory condition.
  • You are not currently receiving treatment for another cancer (except certain skin or early-stage cancers).
  • You are not taking immune-suppressing medications, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
