  • You are planning to have weight loss surgery at Hartford HealthCare.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your BMI is 35 or higher.
  • You are not very physically active (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
  • You can walk without using a cane or walker and attend in-person classes.
