Who can take part
- You are pregnant and between 13 and 18 weeks at the start of the study.
- You have had at least one past pregnancy where the baby had low platelets (FNAIT) but no severe bleeding in the baby's head.
- Your current pregnancy shows that your blood has antibodies against a specific platelet type (HPA-1a) and your baby has the HPA-1a gene.
- You are in good health overall, as confirmed by a study doctor through a physical exam and routine tests.
