Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) from your rheumatologist.
- You have active inflammation or structural changes in your spine or sacroiliac joints (seen on X-ray or MRI).
- You have had chronic back pain for at least 3 months, and currently have moderate to severe symptoms (scores of 4 or more on a 0-10 scale).
- You've tried at least two different NSAIDs for a total of 4 weeks without enough relief, or you cannot take NSAIDs.
- If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after the last dose.
