Who can take part

  • You are a parent or primary caregiver to a child aged 2 to 5 years old.
  • You live in Manitoba, Canada.
  • You have moderate to severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, parenting stress, or anger.
  • You are 18 years or older and can understand and speak English.
  • You can join check-ins by video call, phone, or text with a peer coach.
  • You are willing to fill out four 45-minute questionnaires.
