  • You are a mother aged 18 or older.
  • Your child is between 3 and 7 years old.
  • You live in Quebec, Ontario, or Manitoba.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have mild to moderate depression symptoms that started during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
  • Your child has attention or behavior problems (confirmed by a special questionnaire or interview).
