Who can take part
- You are a mother (biologically female) who provides at least half of your child's regular care.
- You have significant depressive symptoms (score of 16 or higher on a depression screening questionnaire).
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your child is between 4 and 6 years old (up to their 6th birthday).
- Your child does not have a history of mental health, developmental, or neurological conditions, and has not shown high behavior problem scores on a standard checklist.
